Here's A Little Of My Story

Eighteen months ago I went to the doctor because I felt depressed.  I was told by my doctor that my DNA was no longer working. My feelings and stress were causing me to produce high levels of cortisol which was making me fat. The doctor also told me at the rate I was gaining weight, I could acquire diabetes. Naturally I did not need health issues added to my plate. By the end of my appointment I was given herbal tea, a diet and counseling. Needless to say I could not stick to the diet. What I did do was treat myself the same way I treat my weight loss clients; and the weight came off. What's great about it is that it was steady, guilt free and it stayed off.

" Simple Weight Loss " is the basic imagery I used on myself  to get started immediately. Just in the recording and editing  alone I lost five pounds.
